    I can never say enough about the service and friendly staff at Specsavers, Rockhampton. Not only are the staff patient, friendly and attentive, they are always so happy to serve every customer with the same quality of care. I’ve been to other outlets interstate but this city team is just super!!

    Hitting my late 40's, I knew I needed to see the specialists. Not knowing what I needed for work and play I struggled with the information provided too me and subsequently purchased the wrong products for my use. After filling out the online customer satisfaction report, I was surprized to receive a call from the store who apologised for the confusion and made a new appointment for me to come in. A new more experienced lady helped me to make the correct choices for my new spectacle's as well as a new range of frames that they keep out the back of the store. "Long story short".. I am very happy with my 2 sets of Multi focal Transitional Safety glasses, the design of the frames, as well as the functionality. Wow, To find a store that actually acts on their customer feed back. I would definitely recommend Specsavers North Rockhampton. Great service and bent over backwards to help me with my requirements.
