Whilst browsing I over heard another customer complaining about the customer service and I thought she was just whinging, however upon myself seeking customer service, I came to realise what she was talking about, and she was right. Customer service was horrible, the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing. I like the wool selections though.

Little bit unorganized and the sale signs are very confusing as there is stock under them thats not on sale. Staff are very nice tho

Visited the store a few weeks ago and a young girl, I think she's new, was absolutely delightful and so helpful. I asked her a few questions and if she wasn't sure she made sure to find out and come find me to tell me. Amazing service from the new staff member. I think her name was Charlotte
