    Jared, you charged them for work you did on another building so they didn't pay for that. Bojan, you had defects that you refused to go back and rectify so they had to use your retention to get someone else to do it.

    This company does not pay its' contractors. I would strongly recommend you avoid doing work for them. We did not charge JM Kelly for works done on other buildings as proved by the GEO located tracking of the location of our staff at the time of sign in and sign out. This documentation was provided and JM Kelly simply refused to answer our calls or emails. Have heard many other similar stories from contractors.
